The Crime

The Crime: stolen bag of beef jerky right off the coffee table
The Culprit: Roxy, 3 year old Miniature Schnauzer, silver in color, weighs about 13 lbs well it could now be closer to 14lbs
The Victim: Jeremy and the poor bag of beef jerky
Evidence: Roxy was caught red handed sitting on the stairs with a piece of jerky in her mouth
Time: 10:00pm

Story: Jeremy and Janelle were upstairs getting ready for bed but that was interrupted when the crime was found. Jeremy went downstairs to put their sweet dog to bed in her cage when the bag was found torn(maybe shredded is a better word) open and the jerky was in a nice pile on the floor. They are assuming she shook all the jerky out of the bag--she is pretty smart. Jeremy went to throw the bag away and came back to find the dog sitting on the stairs with a piece in her mouth. Janelle did not know of the crime until she heard Jeremy running the vacuum.

Sentencing: Sent to her "home" without a treat
