Help!!
Apparently I either have a kidney stone or the stomach flu. However, I can eat whatever I want and do not or have not had a fever all day. Symptoms: severe pain(way worse than gallstones) vomiting and its hard to say on the Internet but having a hard time urinating(and lab tests showed blood in my urine/we are holding off on doing a ct because of my age, childbearing years--not pregnant). If you have had these suckers before what were your symptoms?

No fun Janelle! I have not had a kidney stone, but they think Kole did. He had HORRIBLE lower back pain one evening and then actual blood in his urine. He went into the ER and they did a CT scan. It showed nothing so they figured it was a kidney stone and that he had probably already passed it. Good luck...hope you feel better soon!
Blare had the same thing...went to the ER and there was blood in his urine so they just gave him some pain killers and it then either passed or is still there?? He couldn't really go to the bathroom and was in A LOT of pain.
Klint and I both have had these. Yes, severe pain (lower back pain and moving to the front), puking, etc.
DRINK, DRINK, DRINK!!!! I've tried a nasty, nasty drink of olive oil and lemon juice...some people find it VERY sucessful. You will probably puke. I kept it down for several hours. check out www.earthclinic.com. It has advise for about any ailment and it will give you details on the olive oil/lemon juice thing. Love reading Earth Clinic!!
I am so sorry!! I will send a prayer up for you right now!!!!
Ouch! My stones caused lower back pain and it gradually moved forward, I found that when I would apply pressure it didn't hurt quite as bad. The doc at the ER pushed on it and then released asking which hurt worse?? I don't really remember the full reasoning, I was slightly delerious, but I'm assuming when I was pushing on it, it couldn't move as much causing a little relief, good luck!
