picture order: me, my sister Heidi and my sister Melissa
*I think that I look like the odd one in the picture--probably the brown curly hair*
So after being married for a little over 4 years I finally used the bread machine we received as a gift!! I wish I would have got it out before now :)
Jeremy says I got myself in trouble w/ these no more store bought!! Thats ok because they are super easy :)
Bread Machine Cinnamon Rolls(recipe found on moneysavingmom.com)
Dough:
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons warm milk
3 tablespoons canola oil
1 egg, lightly beaten plus 2 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
4 cups flour (Add a bit more if dough seems too wet after first few minutes of kneading in the bread machine.)
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Filling:
2 tablespoons butter
2/3 cup brown sugar mixed with 1 tablespoon cinnamon(I doubled this part but did not use all of it, so i would probably do one and 1/2 rather then double it)
Icing:
1 teaspoon milk
1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar(i would probably decrease this amount the next time, maybe start w/ a cup and add more if it needs it)
4 tablespoons (or less) butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
Put the dough ingredients in the bread machine in the order listed and run on the dough cycle. After the dough cycle is finished, roll the dough into a large rectangle and spread it with 2 Tablespoons melted butter and 2/3 cup brown sugar mixed with 1 Tablespoon cinnamon.
Roll up and cut into 10-15 rolls and place in two greased round cake pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until browned. Spread the icing on as soon as they come out of the oven.
You can also cover the unbaked rolls with plastic wrap, stick them in the refrigerator overnight, and then bake in the morning.(I froze some)
Does anyone have a good recipe for bread machine pizza dough?? It is my turn to plan "Date Night" and I am thinking of doing one at home w/ pizza and a tournament on the wii.

Well, I don't know if I've ever tried this or where I got it....
Pizza Dough 1.5lb
1 c water
2 Tb oil
3/4 ts salt
3 c bread flour
2 ts bread machine yeast
1 Tb cornmeal (which is probably for the pan for when you cook it)
~dough cycle
Then 425 for 20-25 minutes.
Here's another one from allrecipes.com for 1 large pizza crust -
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup semolina flour (one of the reviewers said they used 3 cups flour instead)
1/2 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons olive oil (could use solid shortening)
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Directions
Place all ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select dough cycle.
Remove after rise cycle and use with your favorite pizza recipe.
(400 for about 5 minutes and then add toppings and cook for about 20-25 more minutes)
Hope this helps!!
